Since 2022, Felipe has built his professional career as a researcher at Universidad Externado de Colombia, where he also earned his law degree (JD). He has focused his academic training and professional practice on commercial and corporate matters, with particular emphasis on intellectual property, contract management, and dispute resolution. In 2026, he joined Raisbeck & Associates.
Felipe has pursued further studies in international contracting, litigation, evidentiary and procedural law, intellectual property, asset valuation, AI, and insurance law. His profile has also been strengthened by academic research in intellectual property, specialized publications, and a research stay at the Community Plant Variety Office (CPVO) in Angers, France.
In the academic field, his undergraduate thesis on plant varieties was recommended for publication. He has also authored academic publications on intellectual property, was awarded second place in the National Commercial Law Competition with a paper on competition law and plant varieties and has served as a coach for the Latin American Moot Courts organized by the Andean Court of Justice, INTA, and ASIPI.
In his free time, Felipe enjoys music and singing, theater, films and television series, as well as traveling and discovering new cultures and cuisines.
