En el 2006 Helena empezó su carrera profesional, trabajando durante casi 18 años en prestigiosas firmas de abogados, incorporándose a Raisbeck & Associates en el 2018.

Helena focuses on counseling, prosecution and civil and administrative litigation of trademarks, copyrights and plant varieties. Helena also advises clients on unfair competition matters, entertainment law and intellectual property contracts. Helena manages international trademark portfolios for multiple clients.

She is a member of INTA and ASIPI, organizations in which she is part of the Famous and Well-known Marks Committee and Trademark Committee, respectively.

In her free time, Helena loves to sing and sings in a musical group in Bogotá. She also really enjoys traveling and good movies.
